Dear Readers, You must be surprised how my blog post from HR materials - formats, university and career moved to something like this.

No need to surprise. I constantly get query from various people on career, few are desperate to buy a degree despite of knowing the fact such degree will not be useful and they want to be "successful" few despite of not being eligible, still want to pursue such courses and sometime, it becomes very difficult for me to explain that such degree may not be useful.

Why these videos?

These videos are all about asking us to follow our passion and defining true meaning of the success. Success is not about money or getting a good job, it is all about perception. I searched over internet for something related to motivation and I come across this website. I ordered CD and then watched "The Last Life changing seminar". When I watched it over the Youtube, first my eyes could not believe that somebody can do so much for human being. He spent money, produced the video and distributed free on internet, and even sent CD. today, we see that motivational speaker to share the same thing charge us almost 25000. Whatever he has said through this seminar and other videos are truly amazing. Its simple, scientific, empirical. He says " I cannot change anything for you but you can change. Whatever I did may not applicable to all, you need to find out what suits to you. Listen your heart and follow the passion".

It is definitely related to Human Resources Development function. Human Resources is all about nurturing and developing human capital. It is about taking maximum return on investment made on them.
