Completion Of Enrolment Formalities

- Candidates should report at
the allotted institute before the last date and time mentioned in the
Provisional Allotment letter. Candidate should bring with him/her all
the essential certificates and documents required for verification (original & one photocopy of each).
- The Demand Draft of the
required amount (of total annual fees of the allotted institute) has to
be in favour of ‘DKDF’ payable at Delhi and is essential for completion
of enrolment formalities. Part payment or payment through cheque/cash
will not be accepted under any circumstances.
- After verifying all the
documents as required, allotted institute will issue final 'Letter of
Seat Allotment' to the candidate. Please ensure that the letter is duly
signed and stamped by the Admission Officer of the Institute.
- If a candidate does not report as per the schedule he/she will lose the seat/admission as per his/her merit.
- In case of not fulfilling the
eligibility criteria, or non-production of essential documents, or not
submitting the Demand Draft of institutional annual fees during
documents verification, the seat allotted will be cancelled and the
candidate will not have any claim, whatsoever, for the seat allotted.
Documents Required For Enrolment

- Institutional annual fee as
applicable in the form of 'Demand Draft’ in favour of "DKDF" payable at
Delhi. Part payment or payment through cheque/cash will not be accepted
under any circumstances.
- Bank Receipt for deposit of one-time non-refundable Processing Fee.
- Copy of Provisional Allotment Letter (printed from the website http://www.cetdelhi.nic.in).
- Copy of Online Registration Slip (printed from the website http://www.cetdelhi.nic.in).
- Copy of Choices Submitted by the candidate (from the website http://www.cetdelhi.nic.in).
- Two latest identical 7.62cm x 10.16 cm Size Colour Photographs (same as in Admit Card).
- Admit Card of CET - 2013 (Original).
- Secondary School Certificate as Proof of Date of Birth (Original and one attested photocopy).
- Marks-sheet of the qualifying examination issued by the Board/University (Original and one photocopy).
- Certificate of the qualifying
examination issued by the Board/University (Original and one photocopy).
In case the original certificate is not awarded at the time of
counselling, Provisional Certificate issued by the School, may be
considered.
- SC/ST/OBC (Annexure-V)/Person
with disabilities (Physically handicapped) (Annexure-IV) / Defence
Category (Annexure- VI) / Kashmiri Migrants / Minority Status
Certificate(s)/ Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme (Annexure IX)
/ DG whichever applicable, on
the basis of which reservation is claimed (Original and one attested
photocopy) issued by the competent authority.
- Conduct and Character
Certificate from the Head of the Institution from where the qualifying
examination has been passed/or from a gazetted officer (Original and one
attested photocopy). The certificate should not have been issued
earlier than six months at the time of enrolment.
- Certificate of Medical Fitness
signed by a Registered Medical Practitioner in the format as given in
Annexure - III in the Information Bulletin.
- Affidavit regarding prohibition of ragging (Annexure VII).

- All the candidates belonging to
Person with Disabilities Category (Physically Handicapped) are required
to bring a certificate as to whether he/she is fit for undergoing the
course applied for, from Vocational Rehabilitation Centre for
Handicapped, 9-11 Vikas Marg, Karkardooma, Delhi-92. No other
certificate in this regard shall be entertained. (Annexure -IV in the
Information Bulletin)
- Candidates seeking admission
under ‘Delhi’ region in any reserved category will have to produce
certificate issued/endorsed from the competent authority of Delhi
jurisdiction and candidates seeking admission under ‘Outside Delhi’
region in any reserved category will have to produce certificate issued
from the competent authority to establish their eligibility under
concerned reservation category.
- For availing reservation under
OBC category in Delhi State, Delhi OBC list shall be considered.
Candidates passing qualifying examination from institutions located in
Delhi and having OBC certificate from Outside Delhi shall be considered
as Delhi General Candidate. Similarly, candidates passing qualifying
examination from institutions located Outside Delhi and having Delhi OBC
certificate shall be considered as Outside General candidate.
The creamy layer amongst OBCs has been excluded from benefit of reservation.
- If the candidate takes admission
in any of the programmes, the Institute will retain the original
documents till his/her admission is not regularized by the BTE. However
the documents may also be released prior to regularization by the BTE,
at the discretion of the principal, only to those students seeking
admission to degree level professional courses.

Cancellation Of Admission

- The candidate can get his or her admission cancelled during the 1st, 2nd or 3rd of counseling. All such candidates will be given full fees refund except the Processing Fee.
- The candidate applying for cancellation of admission after the 3rd round of counseling or during the course of study will be getting only Security Deposit as refund from the institute.
- Procedure for Cancellation of Admission:
- The candidate interested in cancellation of admission is required to apply in writing to the concerned Institute/Polytechnic.
- The cancellation will be taken
up only against the written request duly signed by the candidate and
countersigned by parent/guardian.
- In case of cancellation during the 1st, 2nd or 3rd
round of counselling, original DD submitted by the candidate at the
time of admission along with all the documents will be returned by the
concerned Institute/Polytechnic.
- In case of cancellation after 3rd
round of counselling, all the documents will be returned by the
Institute at the time of cancellation and only the security deposit
amount will be refunded to the candidate by the concerned Institute
in due course of time.
- The concerned Institute will
issue proper receipt for cancellation. The candidate is advised to keep
the cancellation receipt safe.
- Institute/Polytechnic shall not retain any original document/certificate in case of any cancellation.
- Processing Fees will not be refunded in any case.
