14th Annual Convocation of VTU

Dear Btechallsolutions Readers, Visvesvaraya Technological University means VTU 14th Convocation 2015 is all set to conduct by Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belgaum expectedly in the month of May 2015 on Saturday 9th May 2015. VTU 2015 Annual Convocation will be conduct in the auditorium of VTU, "Jnana Sangama", Belgaum. Convocation is conducting for distribute the Degree, Gold medals and Certificates to all the qualify candidates.

Visvesvaraya Technological University will award the Degree, Gold medals and Certificates by his Excellency under the Karnataka Government. Convocation will be attending by the "First" rank holder candidates, Ph.D and M.Sc in Engineering by Research awardees.

Visvesvaraya Technological University 14th Convocation Important Points:

The candidates are required to note the following:
The candidates shall:

• Be present in the Auditorium with neat white dress only.
• Occupy the seats in the Auditorium at least half on hour earlier to the commencement of Convocation function'
• Standup when His Excellency the Chancellor enters the hall and occupies the chair.
• Maintain silence and discipline throughout the function.
• Switch off mobile phone in the premises.
• Not to leave their position till His Excellency the Chancellor leaves the hall ofter the function is over.
• Degree will be awarded by His Excellency the Governor of Karnataka, only for Gold Medalists and First Rank Holders in Under Graduate and Post Graduate Programmes and Ph.D.awardees during the academic year 2O13-14 at the time of Convocation. 
• Others who wish to collect the Degree Certificates personally, can collect them from the Office of the Registrar(Eval.) after the Convocation Ceremony on 9th May itself or 11th May during office hours on producing valid identity card issued by the college.
• For others, the degree certificates will be sent by Post immediately after the Convocation.

VTU Convocation Form 2015:

1.Students go to the VTU official website " http://vtu.ac.in ".
2.Follow the "Administration Circulars & Notifications" section.
3.Click on above section to enter.
4.Now click on the "Convocation Form" link appear on the bottom of same page.
5.Convocation Application Form 2015 will be appearing on the computer screen.
6.Download and Save it.
7.Get the hard copy of this for further use.
