Job Role and Responsibilities :
*Generates and maintains all process related MIS data.
*Manages adhoc reporting requests & manages reporting for the team.
*Identify and track the unmeasured areas keeping and maintaining quality standards as per the defined quality norms.
*Bringing new ideas and Process Improvement.
*Improving skill level through Self-development / nominating training programs Skill re-verification Tests.
*Individual should have ability to provide solutions commensurate with the customers needs within the ambit of the given environment so as to lead to business results.
*Meet the defined Quality Scores as defined by the process.
