SC/ST/OBC/PWD to the 4 year Undergraduate Programme for the Academic Session 2013-2014.
Subject: Admission of candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PWD to the 4 year Undergraduate Programme for the Academic Session 2013-2014.
the colleges shall follow the following schedule for admission of the SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates:
i) The colleges must display the number of vacant seats course wise and category wise based on actual intake of General category students up to july 31.2013.
ii) The colleges shall register the candidates course wise and category wise ( only for SC/ST/OBC/PWD) from Thursday, August 1,2013 to Saturday, August 3 ,2013.
iii) These candidates must be given acknowledgement for the registration. The registration is allowed to only those who have duty filled the online/offline OMR Form.
iv) After registering the candidates shall be admitted based on the merit and the number of seats available in each course .
v) The admissions shall be made from Monday. August 5,2013 to Wednesday, August 72013.
vi) All reserved seats must be filled by the candidates of the respective categories , failing which, appropriate action will be taken.
vii) In case seats still remain vacant in SC or ST category, after admittin the student up to minimum eligibility, then the seats may be interchanged ( between SC/ST) and filled by the same procedure.
viii) The colleges shall furnish the latest data of admission to the office of Registrar by August 8, 2013 ( course wise and category wise).
