Software Requirement To Use Digital Signature Certificate UPSEE 2013

COPICOM DLL

The University advised to download the below software of Microsoft Copicom for Digital Signature in UPSEE 2013.

Kindly Use Windows Internet Explorer Version 7 or Internet Explorer Version 8

1. Download “CAPICOM.DLL”.  

    Download from here  

    Download capicom from Microsoft site here  

2. Register “CAPICOM.DLL” to your system by using command given below:

Click On Program>>Run then type command as given below.

regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\Microsoft CAPICOM 2.1.0.2 SDK\Lib\X86\CAPICOM.dll"

Then Press OK.

For Windows 7 and Vista

Go to C:\Windows\System32 There Find The cmd file and Right Click On It and Click On Run as Administrator

A command window appears on the screen there

regsvr32 "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft CAPICOM 2.1.0.2 SDK\Lib\X86\capicom.dll"

copy & paste the command given above to register the CAPICOM.dll and press enter.

 For UnRegister “CAPICOM.DLL”

Run Command:

 regsvr32 -u "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft CAPICOM 2.1.0.2 SDK\Lib\X86\capicom.dll                    then Un install Capicom

3. a.Install SDK for your Star Key Token and SDK from here)             b.Moserbaer & StarKey 400 Driver for CUT MW Download [.zip format] (for all Windows - 32/64 bit OS) here)             C. For Other Version Help http://nicca.nic.in/html/datakey.html Install Certificate Chain. (Certificate Chain Can Be Downloaded from here) Under Repository>>Certificate Chain To check for your mail id on certificate: a)      Open Your Token Administration Software which is as under            Start>Programs>Safesign Standards> Token Administration b)      Wait for few seconds and as you see your name there Double Click On That c)      A new window appears with two contents there                                                               i.      Certificate                                                             ii.      Public Key d)      Now Click On View Certificate Button again a new window appears having token information e)      There Under First Category Issued To: check out for your mail id given there. Install SDK for your Star Key Token and SDK for windows Vista And Windows 7. (Driver Can Be Downloaded from here) For Pop Up (Can Be Downloaded from here) For Cookies Allow (Can Be Downloaded from here) For  User Creation (Can Be Downloaded from here )
