Simple Steps to Fill Online Application Form
1. Please check the eligibility criteria given in the information brochure of UPSEE - 2013.
2. Be ready with your AIEEE 2013/CMAT 2013 Roll Number, Application Form number and Date of birth.
3. Carefully enter all particulars in the online application form.
4. Carefully review all the entries before submission.
5. A confirmation page with a unique registration number will be generated.
6. Take the printout of this confirmation page.
7. Paste your photograph at the designated place, fill all the entries and duly put your signature in the confirmation page.
8. Report to the document verification centre with completed confirmation page and the following documents:
(i) The duly filled in confirmation page.
(ii) A demand draft of Rs 500 in favour of “Finance Officer, Gautam Buddh Technical University” payable at the city of document verification center. Please note that the counseling fee of Rs 500 is non-refundable.
(iii) Your original admit card of AIEEE 2013/CMAT 2013.
(iv) Your rank card (JEE MAIN /C-MAT)
(v) Your qualifying examination marks sheet
(vi) Your matriculation (10th Class) certificate
(Vii) Proof of category (SC/ST/OBC), in original , if claimed.
(viii) Proof of sub category (AF/FF/HC), in original , if claimed.
(ix) Proof of Domicile certificate, in original , if applicable.
(x) Character certificate from the Head of the institution last attended.
(xi) Medical Fitness Certificate / An undertaking of Medical Fitness.
Then Click on the "I have read and Agree Link"
You see two options one is for B.tech JEE Main and Second for C-MAT Registration.

And Finally You can write your CMAT roll no. and CMAT Score with Captcha and click on submit.
Then follow the next steps of filling registration form after that you can also print your Dupicate confirmation page the link given above.
