under Kashmiri Migrants quota, in the institutions affiliated to the Technical
universities of Uttar Pradesh, this is to inform you that the counselling will
be held as per the following programme:

You are requested to report as per the
above schedule along with the following original certificates / documents (with
one photocopy of each ), failing which you will not be permitted to participate
the counseling.
1. Original Mark sheet of (10+2 ) or
equivalent examination.
2. Original certificate of High School
(10th class) for proof of age.
3. The proof/ certificate in original, to
establish identify of being ward of Kashmiri Migrant.
4. Three recent passport size
photographs.
You
are also required to bring two separate account payee bank draft of Rs. 1000
and Rs. 5000 towards the counselling fee (non-refundable) and advance fee
respectively, each in favour of "Finance Officer, G.B. Technical
University, Lucknow" payable at Lucknow. You may note that CASH payment
will NOT be accepted under any circumstances.
Please note that the total number of
available seats in this quota is less than the total number of candidates
called for counselling. As such the allotment of seat is not guaranteed to
every candidate.
