UPTU 2012 entrance exam is conducted for admission to various technical courses like engineering, management, architecture, pharmacy, hotel management in various colleges of Uttar Pradesh affiliated to Uttar Pradesh Technical University. After the UPTU (Uttar Pradesh Technical University State Entrance) examination, students have to go through the counseling procedure to get admission. UPTU entrance exam consists of two papers for admission to B.Tech courses. There will be one paper on Physics and Chemistry for 150 minutes duration. The question paper will have 75 questions each on Physics and Chemistry.
The other paper will be on Mathematics and will have 90 questions in all. Students will be given 90 minutes to attempt the paper.
