Executive Programme in Management (EPM): EPM is a unique programme designed keeping in view the training needs and time pressures of industry executives and entrepreneurs. IX batch of Executive Programme in Management with specialization in Marketing and HRM (EPM MHRM) is proposed to be held through CE & QIP of IIT Bombay, simultaneously at Mumbai, Delhi/NCR and Pune. Today this programme is well established and is in demand from the executives, managers and entrepreneurs engaged in different domains viz. government, private and family managed businesses.
Programme Structure: This programme is divided into three major modules.First module provides the basic foundation of all management functions (General management, Marketing, HR, Finance, Economics, IT, etc); second module includes Marketing specialized topics and third module is on Human Resource Management.
Programme Duration: The classes are proposed to be held on every alternate weekend (on Saturdays afternoon and Sundays).Total number of programme days will be around 37 days over 19 weekends in a year (July 2012 - April 2013)
Participants: This programme is useful to executives, managers and entrepreneurs working in private, public, government and non- government/voluntary organizations.
Pedagogy : The programme pedagogy will involve use of case studies, lecture-cum-discussions, video / film discussions,projects, group tasks etc. . The programme faculty will be from IITBombay, leading experts from industry and academia.
Programme Fee:
Total fees for the programme will be
- One Lac, eighteen thousand rupees (Rs.1,18,000/-) for Mumbai participants,
- One Lac twenty seven thousand (Rs 1, 27,000/-) for Pune participants
- One Lac thirty six thousand (1, 36,000/-) for Delhi/NCR participants.
This fee includes the course materials to be given to the participants. Each participant is required to pay the total fee by a crossed demand draft drawn in favour of “THE REGISTRAR, IIT BOMBAY (CEP ACCOUNT)” and payable at Mumbai. This fee includes the course material- books, readings, cases, etc. to be given to the participants.
